Dr Hatem Elrafaai is one of the ASPO affiliated scientists in Egypt and he has been actively speaking about peak oil and its impact in Egypt and the Middle East. Earlier he published a book in arabic about peak oil (read more here). His book has attracted the attention of governmental figures and universities.
